As an artist with a love for retro-futurism, I've always been fascinated by the works of Ceren Su, a talented artist from Turkey who creates captivating 3D artwork featuring a unique blend of biochemistry, technology, and quirky characters. So when I had the chance to collaborate with her, I jumped at the opportunity.
It all started when we met each other in the NFT community. We hit it off right away and I knew that I wanted to work with her. Ceren was actually my first collaboration partner, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We didn't have a team working with us, just the two of us exchanging assets and playing around with them. The process was seamless, as we both used Cinema 4D and the Arnold renderer. We shared our vision and explored each other's universes, and the result was two digital assets: a still image by Ceren and a 6-second animation by me.
Ceren's still image featured my astronaut character, Theodore, hanging out with her cyborg humanoid and monkey. It was amazing to see my character in her universe and the way she brought them to life was mind-blowing.
For my part, I created a 6-second animation that showed Theodore flying around in Ceren's universe with her giant cyborg humanoid waving its hands in the background. The animation was a result of our collaboration and it perfectly captured the essence of both of our styles.
Collaborating with Ceren was a fantastic experience that allowed us to explore each other's creative worlds and create something truly unique. I'm excited to see what the future holds for our partnership and can't wait to work with her again.
